Powervox now supports direct Appointment Confirmation and Cancellation within your Practice Management System (PMS). Abby, your AI receptionist, can now read and write these status updates directly to Open Dental, Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, and Eaglesoft.

Staff can monitor these actions in real-time. Calls where a patient has taken action are highlighted in the Conversations Dashboard with clear labels for "Cancel" or "Confirm," providing an immediate audit trail for your team.
